Do not use the motor or table label for a mechanical component request. Capture all suffixes on the machine-head nameplate.
Locate the official reference
Use the manufacturer's parts book and record the complete reference, including letter suffixes.
Photograph the old part in context
Take front, rear and mounting views in even light. Add a ruler and separately record hole spacing.
Submit the evidence
Add trial quantity, target quantity, destination and required date.
